You know me, I am always interested in learning new stuff so a few weeks ago, while I was a health & fitness convention, I met someone very interesting.

Her name is Aline Pilani and she is one of the best personal trainers from Hawaii.

Her new released weight loss plan has helped over 1000 women lose 14 to 22 pounds of fat in just 30 days.

Those 1000 women did an intense 18 minutes workout on their empty stomach, followed a protein based meal plan – with almost no carbs 4 hours before going to bed and slept around 7-8 hours per night.

All lost in average between 14-22 pounds in 30 days.
