The other day, I met someone named Mike Zhang.


We chatted for a bit and I found out that he was a former Muay Thai champion (2011 TBA-SA B Class Champion and USMTO Open class Silver medalist and 15-6-2 KO) and personal trainer.


I was intrigued about how he trains as fighters have the most amazing bodies, being able to take punishment while lasting rounds after rounds of continued fighting so I asked him to take me through a typical work-out routine.


Boy was I in for the shock of my life, although we only trained for 18 minutes, it was one of the best work-outs in my life.
